Creative Self Portrait

This is a creative self-portrait drawn using coloured pencils on A1 paper. I undertook this piece to challenge my portraiture skills, and to push my traditional drawing boundaries by integrating surrealist props into the scene. I decided to include paint brushes and a cat on my shoulder to give the illustration a more personal touch. To finish off the piece, I digitally added a gradient background to enhance the overall composition with additional colour.
